H&M group has revealed the second UK location for its Weekday fascia will be at Westfield Stratford.

The group introduced Weekday to the UK earlier this month with its first store on Regent Street which opened on 18 August. The second store is due to open at the East London retail and leisure destination this autumn.

Weekday was founded in 2002 and became part of the H&M group in 2008. It now has 29 stores in eight markets and an online store which serves 18 global markets.

The H&M group also opened the first global ARKET store on Regent Street this month with the second London store due to open on Covent Garden’s Long Acre in the coming months.

3 days ago by indlondon London's Oxford Street could be pedestrianised by the end of next year and here's what it might look like. Under bold new plans unveiled by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan and Westminster Council this morning, buses, taxis and other forms of transport would be banished from this iconic street from Oxford Circus to Orchard Street (which runs parallel to Selfridges). The plans are subject to a public consultation until 17 December and, if approved, could be implemented by December 2018.
