Launchmetrics, the technology provider for the fashion, beauty and luxury industries, has released a new version of its GPS Radar app, in time for the new Fashion Week season, that puts members invitations, photos, samples and schedules all in one place.

As well an improved design and interface the app also includes new features such as the ability to request invitations to shows and events, search and see images with details like designer, season, product information and delivery date as well as trend tags such as prints, florals, color blocking and more.

Members now have access to complete brand profile pages to follow their preferred labels, with the ability to “favourite” looks and press releases, and contact brands directly from the platform to request samples or show access.

Senior vice president of industry relations at Launchmetrics Jessica Michault said: “The biggest luxury in fashion is time and what the GPS Radar app does is make the lives of leaders in the industry run more smoothly and efficiently.”

“The platform makes it possible for members to rsvp to invitations, schedule events, arrive on time to a show, stay in the loop on all the latest runway looks and connect with other top-tier members of the community. It’s basically your fashion week survival app,” she added.

Launchmetrics will be uploading runway images from New York, London, Milan and Paris Fashion Week shows in nearly real-time to allow users to share on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Lastly the new GPS Radar App allows users to share news stories with the other industry members, search other users, browse their profiles and favourite their posts to read later.

GPS Radar is available now on both iOS and Android. Members can create an account or learn more on the GPS Radar Homepage.
