The Industry at Pure London 24-26 July

The Industry has partnered with leading men’s and women’s contemporary fashion trade show Pure London and will be presenting two talks at the event, which begins this Sunday at London Olympia.

On Monday 25 July 3.15pm, The Industry managing director and editor in chief Lauretta Roberts will be hosting an interview with entrepreneurial menswear brand Percival. Founders Chris Gove and Luke Stenzhorn will be discussing how and why they founded their brand, their on-going crowd-funding campaign with Crowdcube and the booming menswear business.

On Tuesday 26 July at 12.45pm, The Industry contributing editor Sandra Halliday will be in conversation with Peter Jeun Ho Tsang, co-founder of The Dandy Lab. Peter and Sandra will be discussing The Dandy Lab’s innovative pop-up store, which aimed to demonstrate and help create a blueprint for the store of the future.

Other Industry members will also be present at the event. Consultant Frances Card, who is a member of The Industry advisory board, will be discussing omnichannel retail with member and founder of the Donna Ida denim business Donna Ida Thornton. Donna and Frances will be on-stage at 11.15am on Monday 25 July.

Additionally Dylan Jones, editor of British GQ, will be delivering a keynote talk on the menswear industry on Monday 25 July at 4.30pm. Entrance to Pure London is free of charge but visitors must register in advance. Pure will be hosting a range of other talks and masterclasses throughout the event. For more information visit the Pure website.
