Supermodel Heidi Klum is collaborating with German supermarket group Lidl on a fashion collection to be released in stores in Europe and the US later this year.

Klum’s collection promises to be “high-end, yet affordable” and a reflection of the German supermodel and television personality’s personal style.

“As both a global fashion icon and grounded individual, Heidi is an incredible source of inspiration, which we think will really resonate with our customers,” said Lidl UK commercial director Ryan McDonnell. “We are extremely excited about offering our most premium fashion range to date, and look forward to the first collection going on sale later this year.”

Klum, who in the past has designed for Birkenstock and Victoria’s Secret and who has her own lingerie line, Heidi Klum Intimates, said: “Lidl is known for making quality products at affordable prices and I’m proud to partner with them on this fashion collaboration.”
